All Driver must have a valid Canadian, US, or Foreign Driver Licence. If the Driver's License is in different language other than English. A valid international driver's permit and passport is required.
Vehicle will be held for maximum of 3 HRS from the time of the reservation. We can not guarantee a car past 2 Hrs. Please contact the local office for more details.
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED 72 HRS PRIOR TO PICK UP TIME TO AVOID A CANCELLATION CHARGE. ANY CANCELLATION AFTER THE TIME STATED WILL BE SUBJECT TO A ONE DAY RENTAL CHARGE AT OUR REGULAR RATES.
Kilometers are unlimited as long as the vehicle remains inside the same province of renting city.or province. Company provides maximum of 3500 km regardless of length of rental. If the vehicle is traveling outside the province, kilometers are limited to 200 km daily, 1400 weekly and 3500 monthly. Additional km are charged according to the size of vehicle. (Vans and Suv are limited to 200 km a day. 1400 week, and 3500 month)
The destination must be mentioned at the time of the rental. Vehicles crossing to the USA must have written permission and are subject to a mileage cap of 200 km free per day or 1400 km /week up to a maximum of 3500 km per month. this is the maximum on any rental regardless of length. Border crossing fee of 10.99 will apply.Failure to do so may void any LDW provide by the company, and the renter may be charged up to $500 in penaltie
Local renters implies customers renting a vehicle in their province of residence or those that are unable to provide a boarding pass. Following restrictions apply: -Unlimited mileage is not offered. Kms are limited to 200kms / day with a maximum of 3000 kms month only. - Proof of liability coverage in British Columbia must be provided(car insurance slip in the renters name). We reserve the right to decline renting the vehicle if proper documentation is not provided.

Every vehicle must be covered for collision. Customers may bring in proof of valid collision insurance on rental cars in Canada if declining coverage. CDW coverage is available for $19.95 to $29.99 per day depending upon the vehicle and deductible chosen. PROOF OF LIABILITY COVERAGE IN BRITISH COLUMBIA/CAR INSURANCE IN THE RENTERS NAME MUST BE PROVIDED, STREET RIDE Car Rental has right to refuse the vehicle if proper documentation is not provided
Valid credit card bearing the name of the primary driver must be presented at the time of Rental. The credit card must also have a minimum of $350 plus the rental amount available at the time of vehicle pick up. PRE-PAID CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR DEPOSIT.

Vehicles must be returned with the fuel tank: Full Fuel surcharges will apply. Price depends on current market. Ask at counter.
Cash deposits are not accepted. Street Ride Car Rentals accepts the following rental deposits: VISA, Master Card, AMEX
Street Ride Car Rentals accepts the following methods of payment: Debit Card, VISA Check, VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Cash

Reservations must be canceled no later than 48 HOURS prior to arrival time. If no show or reservation not cancelled by deadline, your credit card will be charged 1 day rental rate plus applicable taxes.

LOCAL RENTER POLICIES Unlimited kilometers apply to airline arriving customers only. Unlimited kilometers do not apply for local rentals. British Columbia residents receive 200 free kms per day , 1,400 kms per week, 4,000 kms (maximum) on any rental exceeding 3 weeks and .18 cents for each additional Kilometer driven during the entire rental. BORDER CROSSING: Vehicles entering the USA are subject to a border crossing fee of $9.95 CAD per day kilometers are limited to 200 KM per day, 1.400 KM per week, 4,000 per month (maximum) for rentals exceeding 3 weeks, and .15 cents CAD for each additional KM driven during your entire rental. GEOGRAPHICAL RESTRICTIONS / MILEAGE LIMITATIONS For arriving airline passengers: Kilometers are unlimited when the vehicle remains in the renting Province. If traveling outside of the Province, free kilometers are restricted to 200 free per day, 1,400 per week, 4,000 per month (maximum) for rentals exceeding 3 weeks, and .18 cents CAD for each additional KM driven during your entire rental.
